Guidelines and procedure for filling the Online Registration form

General Instructions:-

  1. You must have the following mandatory documents/information ready at the time of filling the online form.

    • A recent passport size color photograph of the child (in jpg/jpeg format).

    • A recent color passport size photograph of each parent (in jpg/jpeg format).
      Note: The dimensions of the photo must be 100 x 80 pixels and the digital size of each photo must be less than 20KB. Background of the photos should be white in color.

    • Valid email id and mobile number.

    • Before filling the form, please read the detailed instruction given under criteria definition carefully.

  2. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name, Parents' name, Date Of Birth and Aadhar Card No. correctly) in the Online Registration Form. The date of birth, name of the applicant, father’s and mother’s name filled in the form must match/tally with those recorded in the submitted documents/ Certificate.

  3. All information regarding the registration process, date for draw of lots if any, list of shortlisted candidates will be made available on the school web site from time to time. So check it regularly for the same.

  4. The Management of the school reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate.

  5. In case the applicant is found to have given False/Incorrect information or has withheld any information, the registration is liable to be rejected and will not be processed further.

  6. To avoid rejection, please do not submit more than one application for a candidate.

  7. Once the form is submitted successfully print the acknowledgement receipt generated by the system. The registration is deemed successful only when the registration fee submission is complete.

  8. Note down the Username and Password on the Acknowledgement Receipt for future reference. This will also enable you to log in to review and check status of the application from time to time. The Username and Password will also be sent to you through SMS.

  9. Before you register online, please download the guidelines and read all instructions related to admission procedure carefully (Download link given at the top).

  10. Click on “I agree” option and “Proceed” link.
